Outcomes-based contracts
Programmes are delivered based on a business case and digital roadmap to ensure that outcomes are achieved and underwritten reducing risk. Flexible capital/revenue models in line with business case requirements.
All deliverables are validated and primed with a managed service wrap to ensure that deliverables are met, and costs represent value for money. We assume full responsibility for delivery, which can facilitate replacing a failed supplier without the need for re-procurement.

As part of the managed service offering, each call-off contract’s requirements are evaluated for value for money on a case-by-case basis.

There is also no fee charged to the public sector to use the framework, and no on boarding fee for public sector clients or suppliers. Every single contract will also guarantee a revenue returned directly to the NHS. Further, services can be VAT recoverable and enable flexible capital/revenue models in line with business case requirements.

Our flexible noting platform designed by clinicians, works exactly as they want it to. Clinicians can have freedom to create notes in the most simple and intuitive way.
Every clinician works in a different way and has a multitude of tasks and patients requiring their attention. Our noting system allows clinicians to draft and complete notes in a way that ensures maximum efficiency, auditability and completeness.
Notes can be drafted against patient records until they are ready to be committed. Only when they are saved are notes added to the timeline, always maintaining a full audit trail of all interactions. This gives clinicians control over what is entered while allowing the flexibility to develop a more accurate picture as clinical data is accumulated.
BED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

VIRTUAL REVIEW
Virtual Review provides clinicians with a new way to track patient needs remotely that transforms how patients can be monitored at home.
The Virtual Review module enables clinicians to manage patients, remotely or on site, that may otherwise be missed. For those not considered inpatient and also not confined to an outpatient setting, Virtual Review provides clinicians with a tool to ensure all patients receive the appropriate care.
The core functionality includes a future task scheduling and management tool linking to the patient record. Tasks and reminders can be set to manage patients who have left the hospital but require important tasks to be carried out to manage their care, including for example reviewing blood test results.
Patients and their associated tasks will never disappear until they have been actions. This brings a level of reassurance and commitment to patients and clinicians that can transform the way care is delivered.
